30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee

We want you and your pet to love your Furloomy order. If you are not happy, contact us at furloomy@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Send us your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

Change of mind

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Please contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Hygiene products

For hygiene reasons, opened wipes and items that have been used on a pet cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
