Subscribe & Save cancellation policy

Furloomy subscriptions (Subscribe & Save) renew automatically at the frequency you choose at checkout (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks) and are charged at the subscription price shown in your cart, which is currently 10% off the one-time price. Shipping within the United States is free.

How to cancel: you can cancel at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders, by signing in to your account on furloomy.com and managing your subscription, or by emailing furloomy@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Timing: to avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling stops all future charges. Orders that have already been billed will still be shipped.

Skipping or changing frequency: you can also skip a delivery or change how often you receive orders before your next billing date, from your account or by emailing us.

Refunds: subscription orders are covered by our 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee in the same way as one-time orders. See our Refund policy for details.
