We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier volume, holidays or weather.

Items in one order may ship separately from different fulfillment partners at no extra cost.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at furloomy.com/pages/track-order.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact furloomy@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or refund.
